Art Assets

The company'Company's logo, avataravatar, and liveryaircraft design –liveries, collectively knownreferred to as Art Assets –, are copyrightedthe byintellectual property of Walker Technologies Group, Inc., a Florida Corporation.corporation, and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

ConsideredAs a formcore part of branding, the Walker Air Transport liverybrand, isour definedliveries asconsist of a setunique combination of comprehensivecolors, graphics, typography, and design elements, incorporating unique color, graphic and typographical identifierselements applied to our company aircraft.aircraft and associated materials.

The use of ourWalker Air Transport Art Assets is governed by the rulesfollowing noted below.

    You'reYou free tomay use theWalker company’sAir Transport Art Assets for your personal usepurposes, (including streaming, screenshots, videos, and social media,media etc.)content, asprovided long as you:that:
      you are an active pilot with us;Walker and,Air Transport; and usethe themassets are used in a manner consistent with our Mission & Values and Code of Conduct.
       The Company's Art Assets are not to be modified in any way.
      If you fail to abide by this rule, you may be terminated.
      If you're removed from Walker Air Transport –Art eitherAssets, byincluding terminationliveries, logos, and avatars, may not be modified, altered, or yourredistributed request – all assets incorporatingwithout the express permission of Walker Air Transport. Liveries used within Walker Air Transport logo and/or avatar are managed exclusively by the Walker Paint Shop. Pilots are not permitted to becreate, deletedcommission, from any devicemodify, or alternatedistribute locationtheir whereown youWalker have saved them. This includes projects involving the use of the Company avatar, logo, name or design likeness.liveries.

      If you havewould anlike interestto inrequest creatinga liveries or modslivery for us,a specific aircraft, you may submit a Help Ticket.

       for review by the Paint Shop team. Approval and production of requested liveries remain at the sole discretion of Walker Air Transport. If your association with Walker Air Transport ends, whether through resignation, retirement, or termination, you are required to remove and delete all Walker Air Transport Art Assets from your devices, storage locations, simulator installations, and any public-facing projects or content under your control where practical to do so. This includes, but is not limited to, the Company's logos, avatars, liveries, names, and other identifiable branding elements. Individuals interested in contributing liveries, modifications, or other artwork to Walker Air Transport should submit a Help Ticket for consideration by the appropriate team.

      Aircraft Developersdevelopers maintainand publishers retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights relating to the copyright(s)underlying ofaircraft themodels and base textures upon which theWalker Company'sAir logo,Transport avatarbranding and/orand liveryliveries are placed.applied.
