Charter

The Charter system allows a pilot the opportunity to build a flight schedule of their own desires; leveraging a list of 42k airports around the world and a specific fleet assigned to our charter company.

Where do I find it? Use the navigation bar at top and select 'Flights > Charter'.

On the Charter page you have 5 fields you need to complete.

  • Departure - choose any airport you wish to depart from.
  • Arrival - choose any airport you wish to arrive to.
  • Aircraft - choose an aircraft from our Walker Air Express fleet.
  • Departure Time - pick a departure time (note this is UTC time.)
  • Passengers or Cargo - allows you to choose whether you are transporting passengers or cargo.

 

Click on the "Create Charter" button and you will be directed to your bids where the newly created flight appears.

 

Random Generator

The random generator will allow you to input a few items and then generate a random flight. This is great if you do not know where you want to go or you want to get creative.

Specific Airport Enter Departure Airport or Arrival Airport – not both. Enter Maximum Nautical Miles. Click ‘Generate’ button. Random flight will appear. If acceptable, click ‘Transfer Flight’ button. In box to the left, select Aircraft. Select Departure Time. Click ‘Create Charter’ button. If not acceptable, click ‘Generate’ button as many more times as needed until a desirable flight appears.

Specific Region and Range
Enter desired Range or leave blank. Select Region or leave as ‘Any Region’. Click ‘Generate’ button. Random flight will appear. If acceptable, click ‘Transfer Flight’ button. In box to the left, select Aircraft and Departure Time. Click ‘Create Charter’ button. If not acceptable, click ‘Generate’ button as many more times as needed until a desirable flight appears.

To clear all entries, refresh the page or click the ‘Clear Generator’ button.
