Leave of Absence
Walker Air Transport does not utilize a formal Leave of Absence (LOA) program.
Pilots are free to fly as much or as little as their schedule permits. Whether you are away for a week, a month, or longer, there is no requirement to notify staff, request approval, or submit an LOA before taking time away from the platform.
Our systems automatically manage pilot activity and account status. If an account becomes inactive for an extended period, it may eventually be placed into a retired status in accordance with our account policies. Retirement is not disciplinary and simply reflects prolonged inactivity.
Should you return after being retired, you can reactivate your account at any time through the automated reactivation process available in CrewOps.
We understand that real life, work, family, school, military service, and other commitments always come first. Walker Air Transport will be here when you're ready to return to the skies.
