Extended Route Distances

While realreal-world life routesflights do not strictly follow direct airport-to-airport distances, wepilots expectare pilotsexpected to fly theirroutes routesthat remain within ana acceptablereasonable and realistic flown distance with reference tofor their departure and arrival airports.

TheWalker Air Transport automatically evaluates every flight using a proprietary route analysis system will automatically block any flights that exceedconsiders anfactors proprietarysuch Walker calculation, taking into accountas geopolitical concerns, overflyairspace and overflight restrictions, reasonableATC holdingvectoring, time,operations VFR/on online ATC networks, VFR or sightseeing flights,operations, base training flights, and other similarlegitimate factors.operational requirements.

Flights that significantly exceed these reasonable operational allowances may be automatically rejected.

Holding patterns and excessive route extensions are not permitted unless they are the result of instructions received while operating on an online ATC network such as VATSIM, PilotEdge, or POSCON. Outside of online ATC operations, intentionally remaining airborne to increase flight time, points, or hours is not permitted.

If you need to step away from the simulator for an extended period prior to descent or arrival, please use the Top of Descent Pause feature available in ACARS rather than entering holding patterns or circling the destination area.
