*Discord* is an instant messaging and VoIP application and digital distribution platform designed for creating online communities. We use it primarily as a communications tool – to connect and interact with our Pilots in real-time.

<p class="callout success">*While joining the company’s Discord is not mandatory, it’s **strongly encouraged**.* </p>

<p class="callout success">*Lurkers are always welcome! Be as active as you desire. Having an active or lurking presence in our Discord is a wonderful way to stay up to date on Company developments and actively engage with your fellow Pilots.*
